The Tyneside Cinema is the city's only full-time independent cultural cinema, specialising in the screening of independent and world cinema from across the globe. The Tyneside Lounger, designed by David Irwin was developed specially for the Cinema. Suitable for commercial use (they're stackable), the loungers are also comfortable and beautiful enough for the domestic environment - or any environment for that matter!
