The porridge bar Gryn opened in 2018 and serves porridge for breakfast and dinner. In theory, just like a Norwegian farmer's diet was 150 years ago, but the porridge has come a long way since then! The interior is by local architectural firm Simon James Design. A muted colour scheme and exposed brick work run throughout. The tiles have been given a prominent role and cover both the counters and parts of the walls.
